Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, select the Kurti you love, choose your size, and click ‘Add to Cart.’ Once you are done shopping, proceed to the cart page and follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and payment information.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, Net Banking, and popular UPI methods. All transactions are secure and handled by trusted payment gateways.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Our standard delivery time is generally 5-10 business days after the order is confirmed, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and a tracking number. You can use this link to check the status of your shipment anytime.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
A: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once payment is confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
Products & Sizing
Q: How do I choose the correct size?
A: We highly recommend referring to our detailed Size Chart, which is linked on every product page. Our sizes are tailored to specific body measurements. Please measure yourself and compare those measurements to the chart to ensure the best fit.
Q: What materials are your Kurtis made from?
A: We use a variety of high-quality fabrics, including premium cotton, rayon, silk blends, and georgette. The specific material composition for each Kurti is clearly listed in the “Product Details” section on its respective page.
Q: Will the color of the Kurti look exactly the same as the picture?
A: We strive to display the colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and lighting during photography, the color you see may vary slightly in person.
Q: Are the Kurtis pre-shrunk?
A: While most of our fabrics are stabilized before production, slight shrinkage may occur, especially with natural fabrics like cotton. We recommend following the Washing Instructions provided on the product label to maintain the quality and fit.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Q: What is your return and refund policy?
A: Niitra maintains a strict No Return, No Refund, and No Exchange policy on all products. All sales are final. We urge customers to review sizing and details carefully before purchase.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: This is the only exception to our policy. If the item is defective, damaged, or significantly incorrect (wrong size/color delivered), please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the damage/defect and the original packaging.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item. If a replacement is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.
Q: Can I exchange a Kurti if the size doesn’t fit?
A: No, due to our strict quality and inventory control, we do not offer exchanges for size issues. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order to avoid sizing errors.
