Refund and Return Policy

1. No Returns or Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Due to the curated, limited-stock nature of our collection and the high standards of quality inspection prior to dispatch, Adiva does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchase once the order is placed and confirmed.
We encourage all customers to carefully review the product descriptions, sizing guides, and material information before completing a transaction.
2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items ONLY)
The only exception to our policy is in the event that the product you receive is demonstrably damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item (i.e., wrong size or color than what was ordered).
Procedure for Damaged/Incorrect Items:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date by contacting us.
- You must include clear photographic evidence (including images of the original packaging) of the damage or defect.
- Upon verification of the issue by our team, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- If the claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase amount.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items missing their original tags.
- Items damaged after delivery.
